We currently only ship within the US. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped from Conroe, Texas. Orders will be shipped out only Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 4 pm ET on a Friday, will ship the following Monday, if not a holiday.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@hexbrush.com with your order number and address to be delivered to. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Address change’ in the subject line and we will do our best to change your address. Please keep in mind once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address.
